Resident
Entitles the member, spouse and qualified dependents under the age of 24 to golf, range, tennis, pool and social privileges at both the Creek and Hills locations. The initiation deposit is fully refundable after 30 years and is transferable to a family member.
Corporate
Entitles the designee, spouse and qualified dependents under the age of 24 to the same privileges as the Resident Membership. The initiation deposit is fully refundable after 30 years and the corporation may change the designee with payment of the appropriate re-designation fee.
Junior Executive
Entitles the member, spouse and qualified dependents under the age of 24 to golf, range, tennis, pool and social privileges at both the Creek and Hills locations. The initiation deposit is locked in at the current Resident initiation deposit rate and must be upgraded to Resident Membership by age 40.
Senior Executive
Entitles the member age 65 and over, spouse and qualified dependents under the age of 24 to golf, range, tennis, pool and social privileges at both the Creek and Hills locations. The initiation deposit is fully refundable after 30 years and may be upgraded to Resident Membership.
Family Social
Entitles the member, spouse and qualified dependents under the age of 24 to tennis, pool and social privileges at both the Creek and Hills locations. The initiation deposit is fully refundable after 30 years and is transferable to a family member.
Corporate Social
Entitles the designee, spouse and qualified dependents under the age of 24 to the same privileges as the Family Social Membership. The initiation deposit is fully refundable after 30 years and the corporation may change the designee with payment of the appropriate re-designation fee.
